- azuzarte.com and Paulo Ferreira Photography are trade names for Paulo Ferreira, acting as a sole trader.
- Paulo Ferreira retains the copyright of all photographs taken or supplied to clients.
- No images taken by Paulo Ferreira shall be copied, reproduced or transmitted for any purpose and/or
used for financial gain either by the portrayed or Paulo Ferreira without written permission of the parties
involved. However photographs may be used by Paulo Ferreira for promotional purposes (e.g. this website,
personal portfolio, etc.).
- In the event that any photograph taken by Paulo Ferreira is duly or unduly used for commercial purposes,
any royalties obtained from its publication shall be split equally - 50% to Paulo Ferreira and 50%
allocated to the subjects of the photograph.
- There is no booking deposit for agreed assignments below £150.00
- A booking deposit of 50% is required for any agreed assignement above £150.00 up to 4 months before
the agreed date. No assignment can be considered booked until this deposit is received. The final balance
of 50% shall be paid on delivery of the photograph package.
- When the total for additional photographs is under £100.00 no upfront payment is needed on orders. For
orders above this limit a deposit of 50% is required with the final balance due upon delivery of order.
- No travel expenses are due for postcodes SK, M, WA, OL, CW, and HU. Additional charges may be
applied for other postcodes and will be quoted on application.
- All prices are quoted on application and are valid for a period of 3 months unless a booking is made and a
date is agreed.
- All prints carry a lifetime
guarantee against discolouring or light fading (accidental damage not
included). In this event a new print shall be issued to the customer against the return of the original one.As in any respectable business any monies paid for the above services shall be fully refundable if
customer satisfaction is not achieved. In this event all goods sent to the customer shall be returned to me
with a written explanation prior to any refund being made.
All bookings are accepted in good faith and on the assumption that my clients read and understood the
above mentioned terms of business.
